The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between secondary school students' physical activity attitudes and their heart health promotion attitudes. This research is a descriptive and cross-sectional study. The sample of the study consists of 400 secondary school students. Research data were collected in December 2022. Introductory Information Form, Physical Activity Attitude Scale and Child Heart Health Promotion Attitude Scale were used to collect data. The average age of the secondary school students in the study was 11.94±1.18, and 50.5% of the students were girls. The total mean score of the Physical Activity Attitude Scale of the students was 60.95±6.06; The mean score of the Child Heart Health Promotion Attitude Scale was 26.17±7.07. It was determined that there was a positive and very weak relationship between the scales. As a result of this study, it was found that the students' attitudes towards physical activity and heart health promotion were at a low level. In addition, it was determined that students with high attitudes towards physical activity participation had high attitudes towards improving heart health. It is recommended that children studying at secondary school be encouraged to participate in physical activity and that training should be given to improve heart health
